The ski slopes on the glacier still lure in May & June, while in the valley you can already admire wonderful green mountain slopes and go hiking.

Early summer in the Tuxertal is simply wonderful to hike. The first unforgettable mountain tours invite our guests to experience nature. As part of our weekly program, you can explore our valley and, depending on the weather & snow conditions, the alpine playgrounds and themed trails will be open again from around mid-June. The summer program of the Zillertal Alps Nature Park also starts in May – the guided hikes are included in the price for our guests. If you prefer to take a few more turns in the snow, the year-round ski area Hintertux Glacier is the place for you. Great skiing conditions await all skiers and snowboarders here in May & June.
